At Brightroom Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Opened or used kitchenware and dining items
- Personalized or custom-made office supplies
- Any product that has been installed or assembled
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package the item securely with the original packaging
- Ship the item to our returns center (you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error)
Important: Please include your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Returns without this number may experience processing delays.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same process as returns
- Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective items.
